ORDERS
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
SECURITY
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

BUSINESS ASSOCIATE APPLICATION (if applicable)
In order to become a business associate of A-Plus Dock Products, a user must first complete the business application form. Information (such as name and email address) is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.

POLICY STATEMENT
PAYMENT METHODS
1) Credit Card Payment (Visa / MC / Discover / AMEX).
(Note: For dealers and franchisee a 5% merchant fee will apply)
2) Mail-in Company, Personal or Government Check
*Orders will not be processed and shipped until funds
have been received.
3) On account - a credit application must be completed and approved before
payment terms can be established.
4) Wire or electronic bank transfer.
5% SALES TAX APPLICABLE TO ORDERS SHIPPED WITHIN OR TO THE STATE OF VIRGINIA . (All other states are Tax-Free!)
PRODUCT RETURNS
A-Plus Dock Products, Inc. will accept returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase (no returns are accepted after 30 days). Products must be damage free and packaged in the original packaging with all paper work such as assembly instructions, etc. (if applicable). Please contact us before returning any items so we can expedite the refund process and give you the appropriate return address(es). If you paid by credit card or PayPal, we will issue a refund back to your card once the product(s) is returned. All returns will be refunded minus original shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well, except in cases of damaged products.
If you receive an item that has manufacturer defects or shipping damage, a Call Tag or other arrangements will be made with the carrier to pick the item up. We will issue a refund for the order or product(s) in full or ship another product to you. You will need to make pre-arrangements with A-Plus Dock Products, Inc. regarding options and obtain a Return Authorization Number prior to returning any products.
If you receive an order and simply wish to return it because you don't want or need it anymore (having not used or installed the product), then you are responsible for shipping it back and we will issue a refund for the order or product minus original shipping costs.
Custom Made Orders are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Special custom orders include but are not limited to: power centers, aluminum ramps, floating docks, or custom dock lights.
Please make sure to get tracking services when returning a product(s). In case of loss or theft, we need to know you attempted to return the item in order to give you credit.

For an item to be returnable, it must be free of major scratches, rips, nails or screw holes and be in resell condition. Please read the descriptions and information provided on the site carefully before purchasing. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If you receive a product that is damaged already (from shipping or manufacturer defects) and want to exchange it for a new one, Dock Accents will issue a Call Tag or make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the damaged or defected item(s) and then ship the new item(s) at no expense to you.
If A-Plus Dock Products has shipped the wrong items in your order, A-Plus Dock Products will issue a Call Tag or make arrangements with the carrier to pick up the incorrect order and then ship the correct order to you at A-Plus Dock Products' expense.
If you, the customer, ordered the wrong item(s), the expense of sending the incorrect item(s) back to A-Plus Dock Products is the responsibility of the customer. In turn, A-Plus Dock Products will either exchange the incorrect item for the correct item or refund as noted above. Any price differences incurred with the exchange will be adjusted and shipping charges applied accordingly.
